Good menus for 6 month! - The Nutribaby

Good menus for 6 month!

The first concern of all mothers is what, when and how much to feed my baby. Here is the simple, easy to follow, WHO recommended, food menus for your little one.

1-6 Months

  • Each baby will form his/her own schedule which will depend on his/her own needs and requirements.
  • Breast feeding works best when you follow your baby’s needs; hence it’s a way of nurturing your little one.
  • If your baby is on formula feed, then it’s you and your baby who will work out on the type, timing and amount of feed.

There is no fixed or rigid schedule for any baby, however, a rough plan is given, which will serve as a guide.

Every week, you can change the food and increase the quantity. For example, first week, if it is mashed apple puree, then next week, it can be another fruit puree.

Nutribaby Tip – When starting on new foods, try to maintain a food diary to check baby’s tolerance and allergies, if any. Maintain complete cleanliness and hygiene.
