9-12 Months

Baby is getting ready to have Family Meals

 

DAY/TIME

 

TYPE OF FEED

 

AMOUNT (For Fresh foods in milliliter / tablespoon)

 

Early Morning   (On waking)

 

Breast Milk/ Infant Formula

 

150-175ml

 

Breakfast (after1-2hrs)

 

 Rice Cereal/Wheat Cereal mixed with breast milk or Formula milk

 

 

 

Fruit pieces or Fruit puree

 

4-6 Tbsp

 

 

 

 

1-2Tbsp

 

Mid-Afternoon

 

Fruit Juice in a Cup

 

 

Yogurt with Fruit or Fruity Milk Pudding

130ml. Give maximum ½ cup in a day.

Lunch

 Cooked Rice/Pasta

Cooked Meat/ Fish/Egg

Cooked Veggies (Carrot/ broccoli/zucchini,

sweet potato)

 

Fruits Fruit Puree

 

 

Water in a Cup

3-5Tbsp. These quantities are for fresh foods.

Evening

Finger Foods – Raw veggie sticks or Cheese  cube

Dinner

Fresh veggie soup

Rice Cereal

OR Rice-Dal Mix

 

Fresh Fruit pieces (Soft, bite-sized, like banana, pear, peaches, kiwi)

Before Sleep

 

Breast Milk/Infant Formula

 

150-175ml
